| Physical description | 15-17 mm. The dorsum is black with three brilliant yellow longitudinal lines, which break up into spots on the forehead and snout , the median line usually extends the full length of the back. There is a bright yellow stripe extending from the labial region to the loin, extending onto the shoulder, ending as a large yellow spot on the upper thigh. The limbs are reticulated; the venter is yellow at the throat, the rest being blue with many large black spots. |
