This is the intermediate support structure, two pieces of 12 mm multiplex board, which will transfer the weight over the hole support construction and not only part of it.
The side walls are isolated with double walled film which is mettalized on two sides to reflect the heat back into the vivarium. Since this room is connected to 2 cold rooms, this is no luxury.
On the back wall you can see the supports of the back wall of the vivarium, This will be mounted against the wooden blocks which are drilled in the back wall, This creates a space for wiring, pipes, water pipes for rain and circulation, but mostly ventilation. The air will be sucked out of the vivarium, via the lamp section, into the double walled space behind the vivarium, and then via the bottom section under the support structure back into the vivarium again. ventilation in and out will be carried out on the front side of the vivarium ( will be described later ). This simple feature provides lots of opportunities for expansion on the system later.
