A seperate sheet of PVC is glued watertight to the folded bottom PVC layers in order to create an absolute water tight environment and prevent leakeages for the future. Even when there are small leakages in the PVC the epoxy coated hardwood mulitplex will last for a lifetime... But better safe than sorry.
