In order to add to the table of vivaria and poison frog enthousiasts, I would like you to ask you to fill in the following forms. This form is used to categorize the information in an ordered and readable way. It will take a few days before your form is placed on the internet in the table, I will do my best to keep this list updated as possible, in case something has to be changed you can let me know via a seperate e-mail.

Sending the picture

Of course I will need a picture of the vivarium in order to show it here. In order to save memory the picture should not be bigger than 600 pixels wide and/or 600 pixels high and preferably in jpg (JPEG) format. The memory size per picture should not be bigger than 100 Kbytes. Send this picture as attatchement to this e-mail adres. You can also send a few pictures, and I can add them next to the text.
