Back panel substrate and system :
Vivara projects coco pannels. They work very well.

Bottom substrate and system :
A mixture of peat moss, leaf litter, orchid bark and tree fern root on top of about 6 cm of gravel. I had a problem with the gravel clogging the powerhead for a while and my first one burnt out. I changed the size of the gravel and now its working fine.
